Hiring: SAP SuccessFactors EC & Time Off Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in both Employee Central (EC) and Time Off modules.

Role: SAP SuccessFactors EC & Time Off Consultant

Experience: 7+ Years (Relevant Experience)

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Budget: Up to ₹1.75 Lakhs per Month

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Configure Employee Central and Time Off components

✔ Manage leave types, time accounts, accrual rules, holiday calendars, and work schedules

✔ Design monthly/yearly accruals and proration rules

✔ Configure take rules, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes

✔ Manage absence recording and leave balance calculations

✔ Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies

✔ Conduct UAT...
