As the SAP S/4HANA Change Lead, you will be responsible for driving change management activities across a major business readiness stream. You will ensure people, process and technology changes are effectively embedded, minimising resistance and enabling smooth transition to the new ERP environment.

• Executing the change management strategy aligned to program objectives
