SAP Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage Application Management Services (AMS) engagements for SAP landscapes. The role involves overseeing steady-state support, enhancements, minor projects, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring SLA adherence, stakeholder satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP AMS project governance, including transition, steady-state operations, and continuous improvement
• Manage SAP support and enhancement projects across modules such as SAP S/4HANA, ECC, FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, BW, and related systems
• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors
• Define and manage SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs, ensuring contractual compliance
• Plan and track incident, problem, change, and release management activities
