Role Summary

The SAP & Filesystem to OpenText DMS Migration Specialist is responsible for planning and executing end-to-end migration of enterprise documents and attachments from SAP systems and legacy file systems into an OpenText-based Document Management System (DMS). The role ensures secure, accurate, and compliant migration while preserving metadata, version history, and SAP business object linkages.

Key Responsibilities

• Migrate documents and attachments from SAP Content Server, ArchiveLink, SAP DMS, and file systems to OpenText DMS.
• Analyse source repositories, document structures, and metadata, and define migration scope and rules.
• Ensure correct linkage of migrated documents to SAP business objects (materials, BOMs, change records, PLM objects, etc.).
