Key Responsibilities

• 8–12 years of SAP training, L&D, or OCM experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, FICO, PP, PM, QM, EWM, etc.).
• Proven experience leading SAP training programs in large transformations.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and training teams.

Preferred

• Experience with SAP Enable Now or similar tools.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate & Agile methodology.
• Exposure to multi-country rollouts or global templates.
• Background in OCM (nice to have).
