🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in India Payroll and statutory compliance to join a high-impact engagement at RBI, BKC (Mumbai).

The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of hands-on SAP HCM experience, including at least one end-to-end implementation, and deep understanding of HR and payroll processes within regulated environments such as Banking or Public Sector organizations.

🎓 Education

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Management (Mandatory)

➕ Master’s Degree in Engineering / Management (Preferred)

➕ SAP HCM Certification (Added Advantage)
