Desired Experience Range: 7 years to 10 Years

Location: Navi Mumbai

Must-Have:

• Should have experience of more than 3 years in SAP-HR with minimum one SAP implementation and one S/4HANA migration projects.
• Should understand and map Core HCM processes like Transfer, Promotion, Retirement etc., along with Time Management & SAP Indian Payroll. Integration knowledge with FI module during FI posting and bank transfer happens is a must.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM on HANA i.e. H4S4 and identifies the changes between two paradigms
• Knowledge in FIORI Apps and application areas in HCM module
• have experience to work with technical team and other modules
