Job Summary

The US Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for US-based employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. This role requires a strong understanding of US payroll regulations, tax compliance, and payroll systems, along with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly/monthly US payroll for employees across multiple states
• Ensure payroll is accurate, compliant, and processed within deadlines
• Maintain and validate employee data including compensation, benefits, and deductions
• Handle payroll-related tax filings (federal, state, and local) and ensure compliance with US regulations
• Reconcile payroll reports, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly
• Manage garnishments, bonuses, commissions, and off-cycle payments
