• Provide L2/L3 AMS Support for SAP EWM in a productive environment;
• Resolve incidents, problems, and service requests within agreed SLAs;
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes;
• Monitor EWM interfaces, IDocs, queues, and background jobs;
