• Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Employee Central Payroll (ECP):
• Du verantwortest den stabilen Payroll-Betrieb und treibst die kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer HR- und Abrechnungsprozesse voran.
• SuccessFactors-Integration im Fokus: Du betreust die Punkt-zu-Punkt-Integration zwischen SuccessFactors Employee Central und ECP (Replikation von Mitarbeiter-, Organisations- und Zeitdaten) und stellst einen reibungslosen End-to-End-Datenfluss sicher.
