SAP Consultant (SuccessFactors & Integration)

The SAP Consultant will act as the subject matter expert for connecting the AI platform to SAP SuccessFactors. This role focuses on the end-to-end delivery of HR and Productivity modules, ensuring that the AI platform effectively talks to the customers SAP backend to automate core business functions. Key Responsibilities SAP Configuration: Configure and implement integrations with SAP SuccessFactors and other relevant SAP modules for automated user provisioning and role mapping. Workflow Automation: Enable employee data sync and leave management workflows between SAP and the Client's HR module. Lifecycle Management: Manage the delivery timeline from kickoff to go-live specifically for the SAP integration stream.
