Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and proactive SAP Concur Support Analyst to manage, enhance, and support SAP Concur and the integration between SAP Concur and Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS). This role acts as the central coordinator across business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless operation of travel and expense processes, data interfaces, and ongoing enhancements.

In addition to Concur and Oracle EBS, this role will also provide support for other Client off‑the‑shelf (COTS) applications. Full training will be provided for these additional systems.

The ideal candidate combines strong functional understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex, cross‑functional work pipelines.
