SAP Basis Consultant

We are looking for an SAP Basis Administrator with experience in S/4 HANA systems, with strong focus on ITIL processes. Most SAP Systems are in the SAP RISE Cloud and are managed by SAP. There are some SAP Systems fully managed by our team in the AWS Cloud.

Responsibilities:

SAP RISE Cloud Coordination: Manage SAP systems hosted in the SAP RISE Cloud, supported by SAP ECS. The candidate must:

- Coordinate the execution of activities between Zurich and SAP ECS.

- Clarify technical points with SAP support teams.

- Validate the execution of tasks and ensure alignment with internal requirements.

- System Monitoring & Performance : Oversee SAP Basis monitoring and performance tuning. Experience in HANA database is a must.

- Software Lifecycle Management: Coordinate with SAP, plan with requestor and validate upgrades, kernel patching, and add-on installations. Execute post-tasks.
