Job Description
This role requires a highly experienced functional specialist in SAP Asset Management (SAP AM) on the SAP S/4HANA platform to support, execute, and optimize enterprise asset management operations. The consultant must maintain a clear understanding of urgency and accuracy, demonstrating a strong focus and high performance under high-pressure work situations, such as year-end challenges.
2. Key Deliverables
2.1 User Support & Problem Resolution
Investigate and analyze complex business and system problems, identifying resolutions and facilitating implementation.
Provide a timeous consultative service to system users.
Document solutions, workarounds, and lessons learned.
Respond promptly and professionally to business requests via ITSM to ensure system availability.
