What will you do?

The purpose of the role is to provide new and existing clients with professional and relevant financial advice, planning and products (sales) that are suited to their needs and requirements. The role involves procuring sustainable business in line with set targets, maintaining and servicing clients within a long‑term relationship that builds brand loyalty, and performing all activities in a compliant and ethical manner.

1. Assist in growing the Sanlam Adviser Business

• Commit to the marketing plan and targets set for business growth as per the distribution strategy.
• Apply knowledge of market segmentation and customer profiles to support sales and growth within the defined market.
• Achieve targets related to revenue generation (single and recurring premiums), activity quotas, brand promotion, and customer fairness.
