**SUMMARY**
Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and food-safe environment within the commissary through cleaning and sanitizing equipment, surfaces, and tools in accordance with SSOPs and company standards.
Properly disassembles, cleans, and reassembles food production equipment to ensure hygienic and efficient operations.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of food production equipment, utensils, and facility surfaces in compliance with SSOPs.
+ Safely disassemble and reassemble complex equipment for thorough cleaning.
+ Follow lockout/tagout procedures when handling equipment with mechanical or electrical components.
+ Apply cleaning and sanitizing agents per established dilution ratios and chemical handling protocols.
