Sanitation Assistant Manager

3RD SHIFT/NIGHT SHIFT position:

• typically, from 12 AM - 8:30 AM Summary: The Assistant Manager has mastered all the techniques and knowledge as a Sanitation Lead and Sanitation Workers.


• Ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized according to regulatory standards.
• Proactively supports efforts that ensures delivery of safe food processing and promotes a clean, healthy and safe environment at the client's site.

Additionally, the Assistant Manager has the knowledge to perform all managerial responsibilities and can seamlessly step into the managers role as needed. *This is a physically demanding role in an environment that is wet and cold and may undergo temperature changes, from hot to cold; wearing multiple layers of clothing is suggested* Duties and Responsibilities:
