**Job Description**
We are seeking a Wet Process Operator (Sander) who is looking for an exciting and rewarding opportunity. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and show a true sense of urgency.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform job-related tasks as instructed by the supervisor.
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
+ Read and understand applicable process procedures and safety rules.
+ Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
+ Wet sand by hand using grit sandpaper.
+ Set up and operate equipment semi-automatically with minimal supervision.
+ Use measuring devices such as eye loops and microscopes.
+ Visually inspect panel quality and make required adjustments.
+ Discontinue processing when a non-conforming condition is found and report it to management.
+ Perform all tasks and routine maintenance as required by process procedure.
