Sampling Coordinator

Job Summary The Sampling Coordinator will coordinate sample development activities between Merchandising, Design, Pattern, Sampling, and Production teams to ensure timely sample completion and buyer approvals. Key Responsibilities Coordinate development, fit, and pre-production samples. Follow up with sampling, pattern, and merchandising teams for timely sample completion. Track sample status and maintain sample development records. Coordinate fabric, trims, and accessories availability for sampling. Ensure samples are completed as per buyer specifications and deadlines. Communicate sample comments and revisions to relevant departments. Arrange sample dispatch and maintain approval records. Support bulk production readiness after sample approvals. Requirements Technical Skills Knowledge of garment sampling and product development.
