Role Description The Outlet Manager owns the end-to-end running of a single salon outlet — its revenue, its team, its guest experience, and its day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can consistently hit business targets while upholding the service standards expected of a premium salon.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in salon/spa, hospitality, premium retail or F&B, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team-lead role
