Job Description

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience for efficient and profitable operation of The Bar and Salon De Ning, whilst ensuring exceptional levels of Food and Beverage service and team engagement.

Key accountabilities
​​Always ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service, providing friendly, yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting, seating, and waiting on all guests

Handle, or relay to the F&B Manager, Assistant Director of F&B or Director F&B, all guest and internal customer complaints, and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily

Establish and maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships

Liaise with the kitchen on daily operations and quality control if appropriate
