Salesforce Tester

Job Description

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Validate workflows, customizations, configurations, and integrations across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.).
• Perform functional, regression, system, performance, load, smoke, and usability testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects through tools such as JIRA or equivalent bug‑tracking systems.
• Verify data integrity and perform API validations using SOQL/Salesforce Workbench/Postman where required.
• Conduct integration testing between Salesforce and external systems (MuleSoft, APIs, third‑party applications).
• Participate in requirement review meetings to understand business flows and provide test‑coverage insights.
• Review and analyze user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
