JOB DETAILS

1 Work with Business Analyst to develop, schedule and implement Service Cloud Capability to support Business Campaigns work flexibly to accomplish this.
2 Develop in the Salesforce Lightning Platform.

3 Mentor others in the Platform and its Development environment.

4 Assist in the development and maintenance of Service Cloud/Marketing Cloud interfaces; this may require some basic programming in Ampscript.

5 Utilize interfaces with CRM to assure a seamless tracking of Guest experience; use this information to further customize Build-A-Bear's shopping experience for the Guest.

6 Work cooperatively with IT Development Team.

7 Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in API's and Web Services
