In the role of Salesforce Senior Developer, understands all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to ongoing releases. Leads the Technical design, development, implementation of technology and creative business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, architect, design, implement, and support robust solutions.
• Technically own the solution and process design (including scenario design, flow mapping, customer journeys), prototyping, configuration, testing, training, and defining support procedures.
• Create high‑level design artifacts.
• Transfer knowledge throughout the organization, participate in knowledge‑sharing projects to develop best practices, lead knowledge‑sharing sessions, and mentor junior staff and new hires.
