• You will be the Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Technical Product Owner responsible for shaping CRM strategy, owning the product backlog, writing user stories, and performing hands‑on Salesforce configuration.
• You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers and external vendors to design scalable, secure integrations, run workshops, and drive user adoption and process change.
• The role requires a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of Salesforce experience (including 3+ years as a Product Owner/Technical Lead), proven Sales & Service Cloud configuration skills, and fluency in English, Finnish and Swedish.
