Salesforce release manager

Salesforce Release ManagerWe are looking for an experienced professional to own the end-to-end release process while staying hands-on with development. In this role you will spend roughly half your time orchestrating releases — managing deployment pipelines, coordinating across teams, and safeguarding production stability — and the other half building and maintaining high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in IT, including hands-on Salesforce development.
Deep experience on the platform, including Apex, SOQL, and Lightning.
Proven experience owning and continuously improving release and deployment processes —sandbox strategy, source-driven deployments, environment management, release cadence, change management, and rollback procedures.
Working knowledge of version control (Git) and branching strategies.
Experience setting up and operating CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
