What You'll Do:

Overall Scope

• Analyze end-to-end Salesforce workflows across Sales, Service, and integrated systems.
• Think through how users actually behave— including mistakes, shortcuts, and workarounds.
• Identify edge cases, failure points, and unintended consequences.
• Test not just happy paths, but stress paths, abuse paths, and “what if” scenarios.

Manual Testing

• Design and execute scenario-driven manual test cases.
• Validate UI/UX behavior, data integrity, permissions, and automation outcomes.
• Perform regression testing to ensure new changes don’t break existing functionality.
• Log clear, actionable defects with strong reproduction steps and business impact.

Automation Testing

• Build and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.
