Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and manage enterprise-level Salesforce programs in a global delivery model. The ideal candidate will have strong project/delivery management experience, excellent stakeholder coordination skills, and proven expertise in managing hypercare and testing phases across distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project and delivery management for global Salesforce programs.
Coordinate closely with onshore Project Managers, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
Manage hypercare phases including issue triage, prioritization, resolution tracking, and detailed status reporting.
Facilitate SIT and UAT activities, ensuring timely defect tracking and resolution.
