The Salesforce Technology Platform Manager must be innovative, energetic, and driven to build new applications or retool legacy applications into world class solutions, continuing the FH360 journey for sales and service enablement. Customer Service is always **Priority 1** . Systems availability, accuracy of information, and speed of delivery are the focal point of customer service.
