Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead

We are seeking a skilled and driven Salesforce Marketing Cloud professional to take ownership of our platform’s strategy, governance and performance. The role ensures that the SFMC ecosystem is scalable, secure, and aligned with evolving business priorities during integrations, data management and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the SFMC solution roadmap and ensure implementations are scalable and aligned with enterprise standards and architecture teams.
• Monitor and maintain workflows built inside Journey Builder and Automation Studio, including multi‑org connector setups.
• Drive design for integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDP, Data Cloud, and other source systems; maintain system integration interfaces and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with PDPA / GDPR / regional privacy laws and manage consent and preference management.
