Responsibilities

Loyalty Strategy & Solution Design

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define loyalty program goals and strategies.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions.
  • Define loyalty structures including tiers, points, rewards, campaigns, promotions, and customer journeys.
  • Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and design solution/process flows.
  • Advise on best practices, limitations, and implementation approaches.
