Manage Salesforce configuration, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules. Implement and manage custom objects, fields, and validation rules. Maintain data integrity and implement best practices for data governance. Perform regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce upgrades. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and flows. Configure and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flow and other Salesforce technologies. Integrate Salesforce with other systems using MuleSoft and APIs.
