We are hiring a full-time Salesforce Developer
 to support a fast-moving merchant cash advance company. This role is focused on fixing, optimizing, and improving the Salesforce environment the sales team uses every day. You will handle UI updates, system configuration, integrations, and fast-turnaround fixes that directly impact how quickly deals move through the pipeline. |

Full-time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.

Hours: 9am–5pm EST.

Salary: $4,000/mo

Key Responsibilities:

• Own Salesforce configuration: fields, formulas, layouts, list views, role hierarchy, and sharing settings
• Set up and maintain integrations — especially telephony tools like RingCentral inside Salesforce
• Improve UI and usability for reps, ensuring workflows are clear and easy to follow
• Build small Lightning components or UI enhancements when needed
