In this role of a Technical Salesforce Consultant, you will be an integral member of the client’s Salesforce.com practices. Your primary focus will involve providing assistance and expert consultation to our clients as they embark on their diverse Customer Experience initiatives.


Responsibilities:

• Contributing to the development stream, involving the creation of the CRM solution through point & click configuration, Java / APEX, Lightning Components, VisualForce, HTML5, and Javascript frameworks.

• Working on interfaces such as REST, SOAP, and webservices, as well as handling data migrations using SQL and data models.

• Playing an active role in all project phases, with a particular focus on the build and validate stages.

• Providing valuable assistance to customers, addressing any inquiries that arise during the project.<...
