Seeking a Salesforce Product Owner / Business Analyst to support CRM and marketing automation initiatives. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and CRM technical resources to manage application enhancements, lead management processes, routing workflows, intake processes, requirements gathering, solutioning, and delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess strong Product Owner capabilities while also being comfortable performing Business Analyst responsibilities. This role is less focused on technical configuration and development work and more focused on business outcomes, stakeholder communication, documentation, prioritization, and translating business needs into actionable requirements.
