Responsibilities:
Analyze and document global and local business processes across sales, marketing, and medical/business operations. Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows. Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and technical teams to shape feasible Salesforce solutions. Define and validate End-to-End Salesforce processes. Support localization and adaptation of processes to regulatory and legal constraints in specific markets. Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including preparation of test cases. Provide post–go‑live support during Hypercare. Prepare and maintain project documentation, ensuring alignment with global standards. Work daily with global stakeholders.
