ICF is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support an enterprise Salesforce services environment for a federal health client. This role will focus on requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, backlog management, user story development, acceptance criteria, UAT support, documentation, and release readiness for Salesforce applications and shared platform services.

The ideal candidate has strong experience working with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, testers, architects, and operations teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable delivery requirements. This role requires the ability to work in a structured Agile environment, manage competing stakeholder priorities, and support modernization of enterprise Salesforce capabilities rather than simply documenting current-state processes.
