Job Description
An employer in the Honolulu, HI is hiring for a Salesforce BA to join their team. This individual will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce, working closely with users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable platform solutions. On a daily basis, they will configure and maintain Salesforce using declarative tools, including custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, flows, and validation rules to support business processes across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud. They will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing Conga solutions, including document generation, contract automation, and CLM workflows within Salesforce. This person will also manage user administration, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and data security, while maintaining data quality through imports, exports, and governance best practices.
