**Key Responsibilities**

+ Manage and enhance Salesforce reporting and dashboards for Business Development
+ Analyze pipeline and awarded contracts by development phase, therapeutic area, region, customer, and BD representative
+ Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, deal size, and forecast accuracy
+ Own and deliver monthly executive reporting decks, highlighting key trends and insights
+ Translate data into clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations for leadership
+ Track and present KPIs including win rates, pipeline coverage, average deal size, and new customer growth
