Fulltime Permanent Position with HCLTech

Responsibilities

• Design and architect the CRM solution to leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
• Stay current with Salesforce seasonal releases; evaluate, recommend, and implement relevant new capabilities or optimizations.
• Manage sandbox environments including refresh planning, data seeding, pre/post refresh steps and reconfigurations.
• Manage release and deployment activities following Salesforce DevOps best practices using Salesforce DX and Git-based workflows.

Technical Skills

• 5-7+ years of Salesforce.com Administration experience implementing/supporting Sales Cloud on Lightning for a base of at least 300 users
• Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
