About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and driven Salesforce Administrator to join our Telecom project team based in Manila, Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and optimising our Salesforce platform, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems. You will play a key role in driving automation, resolving incidents, and improving service delivery processes within a dynamic telecommunications environment.



Key Responsibilities

•Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud environments.

•Implement and support Industry CPQ and Communication Cloud solutions tailored to telecom business requirements.

•Manage and configure Omnistudio / Velocity components including FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
