Sales Training Specialist (High Specialty) (Xico)

Job Description: Function/Mission: Coordinate training processes and projects (delivery and tracking) primarily for IFT personnel aligned with Managers and brand/training strategy focusing on product and sales knowledge (High Specialty: Immunology, Oncology, Market Access, etc).

Obtain needs in the field to create and update skills processes with people in the field. Administrate Abbvie Learning platforms (ALC, Abbvie Campus) and training innovative tools. Generate continuous training reports. Works within AbbVie's business code of conduct, policies and all applicable laws and regulations.

• Administration and tracking of AbbVie training platforms (ALC, Abbvie Campus), including uploading of on-line courses for all affiliate and sales force tracking.
