About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Training Manager to enhance our sales team’s performance through strategic training and development initiatives. You will design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive training programs that align with sales goals, equip team members with essential skills, and drive consistent growth.

Your core responsibilities will include developing training curricula (product knowledge, sales techniques, client management), facilitating engaging training sessions, partnering with sales people business partners to identify skill gaps, and measuring training effectiveness to continuously improve programs.
