Responsibilities:
Partner with sales managers to assess training needs, develop programs focused on effective sales techniques, and establish KPIs to measure performance impact.Build, manage, and execute training plans aligned with business unit and brand strategies.Act as a strategic partner for marketing and sales teams to ensure optimal execution of branding strategies and correct product positioning.Provide direct feedback and ongoing development opportunities for the Sales Force during field training and follow-ups.Prepare and empower leaders, sales teams, and distributor partners using effective adult learning techniques and interaction methodologies.What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
