Position Overview – Sales & Tenant Relation

The Sales & Tenant Relation Executive is responsible for driving sales activities and managing tenant relationships within the Industrial Park. This role focuses on acquiring new tenants and investors, maintaining strong relationships with existing tenants, and coordinating cross-functional support to ensure tenant satisfaction and achieve the company's commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute sales activities for industrial land, buildings, and industrial park facilities in line with established sales targets.
2. Identify, approach, and acquire new tenants and investors, both domestic and international.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure long-term engagement and retention.
