✔ Proven experience in managing and driving field sales teams

✔ Hands-on experience working with and managing Channel Partners (CPs) – Mandatory

✔ Strong knowledge of the local real estate ecosystem and market dynamics

✔ Comfortable with field engagements, broker interactions, and site visits

✔ Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building capabilities
