About the Role

We’re hiring a highly organized, sales‑focused Executive Assistant to support our Sales Team by owning CRM accuracy, pipeline reporting, and sales execution support. This role is the single point of accountability for CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility, ensuring Sales Managers and Salespeople can focus on selling—not data cleanup.

Success in this role means leadership fully trusts the CRM and sales 1‑on‑1s are driven by insight, strategy, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• CRM & Pipeline Ownership (Primary)
  • Own CRM (Pipedrive) accuracy and hygiene as the single source of truth
  • Ensure all deals have correct stages, close dates, values, margins, and notes
  • Proactively follow up with salespeople on stale deals or missing data
  • Audit pipeline regularly (duplicates, closed/lost, inactive opportunities)
