Join a growing, global manufacturing team known for quality and customer excellence. We’re looking for a detail-driven Inside Sales Representative to support customer accounts and drive sales success.
What You’ll Do:
+ Manage customer accounts, quotes, orders, and follow-ups
+ Process 50–75 multi-line orders and handle pricing, tracking, and delivery updates
+ Support inbound calls (up to ~45/day during rotation) and high-volume email requests
+ Collaborate with operations, engineering, and outside sales teams
+ Handle returns, credits/debits, and shipping logistics
+ Maintain accurate data in ERP/CRM systems and ensure precise order entry
What You Bring:
+ 2+ years of manufacturing customer service or sales support
+ Strong order entry and product knowledge experience
+ ERP/CRM experience (QAD a plus)
+ High attention to detail and strong math skills (fractions/decimals)
