Sales Support Specialist

Nezda Global is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our growing offshoring team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end sales support for offshore client campaigns, including outbound outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline coordination to ensure seamless offshoring operations
• Assist the sales team in managing prospect databases, preparing call scripts, and tracking daily KPIs to optimize the performance of offshore business development activities
• Engage with international prospects via outbound calls and follow-ups, representing offshore clients professionally while meeting appointment-setting and lead conversion targets

Qualifications

• college level; fresh graduates are welcome
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Comfortable working night shift in a fast-paced BPO/offshoring environment...
