Sales Support is a key role in Fastenal's sales team, providing administrative and operational support to the branch and its customers. Sales Support is responsible for handling orders, inventory, deliveries, returns, and customer service inquiries, as well as assisting the sales staff with sales and marketing activities. Sales Support works closely with the branch manager, the sales representatives, and the warehouse personnel to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Account Specialist to service customers (quotation, invoice, vending billing and paperwork).
• Managing inventory & support supply chain processes.
• Placing and fulfilling orders, ensuring on time delivery (for existing & new customers).
• Performing deliveries by using company vehicle.
• Receiving and shipping inventory.
